The 3' by 3' stainless steel frame was designed for use as part of a bottling machine. The manufacturer sent us the frames just after fabrication, requiring a great deal of work. Regardless of project complexity, H&H’s proprietary equipment and processes allow us to prep and polish a wide variety of parts. In this case, each unit had the finish verified through visual and profilometer inspections, ensuring that we reached a RA value below 10.

An industrial customer approached us with this tool refurbishment project requiring a #8 mirror finish. This required the use of a multi-stage buffing process to address a significant amount of surface distress. Each piece was subject to profilometer and visual inspections.
